UNPITTED DATES – WHOLE DATES include both the pit/seed and the cap. Aseel Unpitted Dates are selected directly from the Tamr or Rotab/Rutab stages and sun-dried. Locally, these dates are known as Khajoor or Kharek.

Our Aseel Unpitted Dates are completely natural; the pit may be readily removed by slicing the date lengthwise with a little serrated or paring knife. You should use the pit. Pull open the date, remove the pit, and enjoy the delicious flavor of the dates
